I ran into two problems, both on the iPad mini 2. I haven’t had any weird battery drains, the Wi-Fi still hangs, apps work, and I haven’t encountered any game-changing bugs. They fit mine and the update has extended me at least another year to own this aging old flagship.
If you’re coming from somewhere older than iOS 9, you’ll want to make sure iOS 9 and its features fit your needs. Apps may still take a while to open, but I can live with that if everything else is firing on all cylinders.
